Orange signs on to RSVP portfolio

The RSVP partnership, a commercial alliance between GCap Media, Viacom Brand Solutions and IPC Ignite, has secured a six-figure ad deal with communications provider Orange.

Orange will promote its Gigs and Tours service - a priority ticket
service that allows Orange customers to reserve gig tickets up to 48
hours before they go on general sale.

The RSVP and Orange partnership, which launches this week and runs for

13 weeks, will feature campaign activity on Xfm.co.uk, Xfm, NME.com and

NME magazine. Xfm activity will run across all three UK stations,
integrated in the Live Hour show every Sunday between 8pm and 9pm,
beginning this Sunday, 25 May.

Listeners will be encouraged to visit Xfm.co.uk and upload their gig
pictures and reviews. Every Sunday, one winner from each station will be
chosen from the online entries and named Xfm's Gig Pick of the Week.

Launching in 25 May issue, NME will be supporting the Orange deal by
hosting a promotion page in its new-look gig guide section each week.
The page will provide detail on Gigs and Tours from Orange, offering an
overview of the gigs coming up in the following weeks.
