Media Corporation appoints editor to Sport.co.uk

LONDON - Media Corporation has appointed an editor for its recently acquired Sport.co.uk, which it plans to develop into a major sports content destination website.

Media Corp has appointed Nigel Brown, joining from lifestyle and gadget magazine T3 where he was a writer. He will work on developing the site into one of the UK's largest sports portals, providing news, results, video clips and exclusive features covering the whole spectrum of international events and sports.

Sara Vincent, managing director of the publishing division at Media Corp, said: "Nigel has an exceptional background within the journalistic field and a contagious passion for sport. Nigel will channel this enthusiasm and his creative writing skills through the editorial content across the site.

Listed on the Alternative Investment Market, Media Corp publishes a number of websites in addition to Sport.co.uk including gambling.com, creditcardexpert.co.uk, onthebox.com and flightcomparison.co.uk.
