Hotline: Feather Brooksbank promotes Andy Niblett
The Aegis-owned Feather Brooksbank has promoted Andy Niblett to director of trading. Niblett, previously the head of broadcast, will take a place on the agency's board and be responsible for its media teams in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester.
