PayPal head of PR moves to LinkedIn
Business network LinkedIn has hired a European director of PR and marketing as part of an expansion drive.
Cristina Hoole moves to LinkedIn from PayPal, where she was head of PR, responsible for establishing the brand as a byword for online payments.
Hoole has been briefed to position LinkedIn as 'the professional network of choice in Europe'.

She will also oversee the work of the networking site's retained agency, Chameleon PR, who took on the account after Bite was dropped because of its conflict with client Facebook.
Hoole was head of retail and consumer PR at Visa Europe before moving to PayPal.
