C4 outsources Skins PR
Channel 4 has outsourced PR for its hit teen drama Skins for the first time, handing a joint brief to two specialist agencies.
Ian Johnson Publicity and PR Squared will handle publicity for the third season of E4's first homegrown drama series.
The two agencies will look after events, online PR as well as traditional media relations, focusing on grassroots campaigns aimed at teenagers.

Both agencies have worked with Channel 4 before, with PR Squared looking after press for the popular daytime Paul O'Grady Show and ex-BBC PRO Ian Johnson and his team working on the dramas Clapham Junction and GoldPlated.
The agencies will report to Film 4 and Channel 4 Drama group publicity manager Chloe Dunbar.
