In May, WPP bought ad company 24/7 Real Media and split it into two, moving its search function to Group M.

- 24/7 Real Media continues to run the agency's ad network and targeting
technology.

- The acquisition culminated with WPP last month striking a partnership
involving 24/7 Real Media and Yahoo that will develop a media trading

platform to connect WPP's media buying muscle with Right Media.

- Last month, Havas Digital said it would use Yahoo's Right Media
platform as its main ad exchange.

- Havas hopes to integrate its data with the Right Media exchange and
Yahoo's data to build applications that work with Right Media.

- In May, Havas purchased creative agency Archibald Ingall Stretton and
the network plans to integrate more creative elements into its digital
offering.

- Aegis set up integrated digital arm Isobar in 2003, pooling its
digital media activity and marrying creative with media expertise.

- In 2005, the group acquired Glue London in a £14.7m deal that
situates the creative digital agency within Isobar.

- The agency has also integrated digital into Carat by organising its
divisions into client-facing teams.
