AXA appoints marketing director for existing customers
LONDON - Insurance brand AXA has appointed Jo Cann as its first marketing director for traditional business. Cann, promoted from the corporate benefits side of the company, will head a new team responsible for marketing to existing policyholders.
AXA is keen to improve its communications to current customers, according chief executive Paul Evans. 'Communicating effectively is a key priority for AXA and Jo's appointment will further enhance the focus we have on clear and relevant communication about our products,' he said.

In her previous position as corporate benefits marketing director, Cann played a major role in the introduction of the AXA & Winterthur corporate benefits proposition.
In May, AXA appointed Team Saatchi to its £15m UK creative account to avoid an account conflict with Saatchi & Saatchi client Standard Life.
