Datalytics lands Tourism Ireland customer data job
LONDON - Tourism Ireland has appointed Datalytics to help develop a data strategy for the next three years and beyond.
The aim is to help Tourism Ireland collect more valuable customer information from potential visitors all over the world via all communications channels.
This will then be used to gain a better understanding of customers and improve communications with them.

Jackie Cunningham, a project manager at Tourism Ireland, said: "As a customer-focused organisation, we need to collect relevant customer information from our website, contact centres, direct marketing activity, eNewsletters and exhibitions, and use this information to improve our overall customer marketing strategy."
Tourism Ireland encourages people to visit the emerald isle and was established under the framework of the Belfast Agreement of Good Friday.
