LONDON - Eurostar has announced the shortlist for its consolidated below-the-line account which includes e-commerce and loyalty responsibilities across Europe, as well as CRM programmes in the UK.

EHS Brann, Good Technology, Gyro, TMW and WAVV Rapp Collins will pitch for the account, with a result expected in November. Proximity, the incumbent on the brand's direct marketing account, agreed to repitch but has since withdrawn. Eurostar has used other below-the-line shops on an ad hoc basis.

The pitch is being overseen by Louise Holah, the e-commerce, commercial and CRM manager at Eurostar, who said: ‘We will task the agencies to come up with new marketing opportunities on the back of increased rail connections across Europe.'
