DLKW retains Halifax ad account

by Caroline Lovell, Campaign 05-Aug-08, 14:10

LONDON - Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners has retained the £18 million Halifax business.

The pitch, handled by Agency Assessments, also involved DDB London, Fallon, TBWA\London.

DLKW originally won the Halifax account in July 2000.

Since then, the bank's advertising has become famous for its "cast of characters" campaign which saw staff members, such as Howard and the call-centre worker Thomas Yau, singing to versions of classic songs.

The media account, which is held by Vizeum, remains unaffected.
