Andi Peters joins Heat Radio

LONDON - Fresh from the kitchens of Celebrity Masterchef, TV presenter turned DJ Andi Peters is the latest addition to digital radio station Heat, the spin-off of the Bauer-owned celebrity magazine.

Peters, who landed his first presenting job with the BBC aged 17, will be on air every Monday starting from next week from 7pm to 9pm with his 'Hot or Not' show.

He will be joined by celebrity guests and members of the Heat editorial team, discussing the latest movie releases, DVDs, books, music and TV shows.

Mark Story, managing director of national radio brands at Bauer Media, said: "We're all big fans of Andi. He's a great radio presenter, naturally able to capture the right balance of irreverence and knowledge which will hit the right note with Heat Radio listeners."

Heat Radio relaunched last September, ditching traditional spot advertising in favour of bespoke advertising solutions.

The station has 432,000 listeners a week who tune in to hear a combination of celebrity news, celebrity guest shows, fashion and lifestyle features and music.

Heat Radio is available nationwide via DAB, Freeview, Sky and online.
