World Vision in clean water push

by Ed Kemp, Marketing 12-Aug-08, 08:40

LONDON - World Vision is launching a direct mail campaign to raise awareness of the fact that more than 1bn people do not have access to clean water.

The work, by Meteorite, features a baby's bottle seemingly filled with contaminated water. It contains a letter with the headline 'If all you could give your child to drink was dirty water, would you?'

It aims to drive traffic to worldvision.org.uk/water, where visitors can sponsor a child, send a water gift and make a donation.

The mailer is supported by a viral clip that highlights the fact that one in six humans does not have access to the basic necessity of clean water.
