LONDON - Inbev's Brazilian beer brand Brahma is taking on a different look with a range of label designs generated by a competition managed by design agency Boxer.

The campaign, called VistoBrahma, encouraged creative individuals in the UK to come up with bottle designs inspired by Brazilian culture.

The four winning designs were chosen by a panel of cutting-edge artists including Stella Vine, Cathy Lomax, Jimi Crayon and Harry Pye.

Nicola Trainor, senior marketing manager at Brahma, said the initiative will enable consumers to get "under the skin" of the beer brand.

"The designs are outstanding and serve to reinforce our belief that through smart thinking we can create ways to make an emotional connection with our consumers."

The winning four designs will be seen on more than 1.3m bottles and over 800,000 take-home packs sold nationwide from tomorrow.

They will also be exhibited at launch nights to be held over the next two weeks in London, Bournemouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, featuring capoeira dancers, samba bands and the Brahma DJs.
