Willis departs Ptarmigan for PR teaching role

Former Ptarmigan deputy MD Paul Willis has joined the Leeds Business School as director of the centre for Public Relations Studies.

At the Centre he will be responsible for the delivery of a strategic communication, planning and management course at the National School of Government on behalf of the Cabinet Office.

He is also charged with the creation of an accredited training and development programme for communicators in the NHS.

He will report into former CIPR president and director at the Centre Anne Gregory.

Willis worked at Ptarmigan for ten years and reported into executive chairman Gordon Forbes.

He worked on clients including ASDA, NHS and BMW Mini while at the agency.
