Specsavers aims for eco-style with bag change
LONDON - Specsavers is bringing out recycled fabric bags featuring an optical trick instead of its logo as part of an in-store promotion.
The bags, which will be given away to customers, feature a blown-up dot-matrix image of a woman wearing glasses.
The image appears abstract but comes into focus as the viewer moves away.

Smaller bags will fit glasses cases and larger bags are intended for the beach.
The bags project is part of Specsavers' wider strategy aimed at making its advertising more interesting and portraying glasses as sexy and stylish.
Specsavers creative team Mark de la Rue and Jon Crocker conceived and designed the bags.
Mark de la Rue said: "We wanted a recycled bag that looked fashionable and interesting, rather than just being another way of getting our logo onto the high street."
The bags are to be distributed to stores from next month.
