Confetti appoints Neolane to email marketing brief
LONDON - Confetti.co.uk has appointed marketing software company Neolane to increase its customer knowledge and sales.
Confetti officially licensed Neolane software for a trial in June. It recorded a rise of £96,399 in revenues since then and will now work with Neolane on a long term basis.
The wedding and special occasion web retailer will use Neolane's software to automate several direct marketing campaigns. It will generate 9.7 million personalised emails to its opt-in customers.

Paul Stevenson, managing director of Confetti, said: "We have replaced an external email services provider with the Neolane platform because it enables automated, lively and timely communication."
During the trial of the software, an email promotion offering a £10 discount voucher after a £50 spend, delivered an opening rate of 32.58 percent, a click through of 10.27 percent, reactivity rate of 22.27 percent and a conversion rate of 1.3 percent.
Jeremy Bedford, UK operations director at Neolane, said: "Organisations are becoming customer, rather than product driven. They must build loyalty and sales through tailoring relevance and timeliness."
