LONDON - Ann Summers marketing and business development director Julian Baker is leaving the erotic retailer to join discounter TK Maxx.

Baker was responsible for repositioning the brand and relaunching its website earlier this year. He also oversaw the rebrand of Knickerbox. He will stay with Ann Summers until the New Year when he will join TK Maxx as vice president of marketing.

Ann Summers is looking to appoint a marketing director to replace Baker. It has also looking to appoint a new position of e-commerce director as the website becomes the brand's fastest growing sales channel.
