The World: Los Angeles - Hyundai switches its creative account to WMG
Hyundai Motor America has shifted its creative work from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners to the World Marketing Group.
WMG, which is expected to take over the Hyundai work mid-way through
2009, already handles the brand's media accountability and creative
media planning.
Goodby, Silverstein has worked on the Hyundai account for almost 18

months. It will continue to handle the car-maker's advertising
throughout the first quarter of 2009, including the prestigious Super
Bowl slot at the beginning of February.
Hyundai spent $455 million on ads in 2007, and $155
million up to June in 2008.
