NME to supply in-flight entertainment for Virgin Atlantic

LONDON - IPC's flagship music brand NME has secured a deal with Virgin Atlantic to provide content for the airline's in-flight entertainment channel and magazine.

As part of the deal NME Radio will create an exclusive show for the airline featuring alternative music.

Additionally the airline's Seatback magazine will feature a monthly critique from NME's reviews editor Hamish MacBain and an exclusive NME competition offering passengers the opportunity to win tickets to Club NME nights at KOKO.

NME will also compile a monthly eight-track playlist that will feature on the airline's entertainment system.
