BBC One's Survivors wins primetime with 5m viewers
LONDON - The penultimate episode of BBC One's post-apocalyptic thriller 'Survivors' won the 9pm slot last night, coming in 2.3m viewers ahead of ITV1, according to unofficial overnight figures.
The one-hour episode, which stars 'Bodies' and 'Hotel Babylon' actor Max Beesley, captured a 22.1% share of the audience between 9pm-10pm.

The second instalment of Channel 4's 'Country House Rescue', in which businesswoman Ruth Watson advises the owners of British stately homes how to diversify and raise money to secure the future of their properties, netted 2.3m viewers and a 10.2% share of the audience in the 9pm slot.
Including viewers on Channel 4+1, it had 2.5m viewers and a 10.9% share of the audience.
ITV1's documentary 'Sleep Walkers: Secrets of the Night', which looked at people who sleep walk in the night, was watched by 2.7m viewers and an 11.6% share of the audience.
The final part of 'Horizon: Where's My Robot?', which spanned six episodes and saw comedian Danny Wallace investigating why science-fiction has not yet become science fact, pulled in 1.2m viewers and a 5.2% share of the audience in the 9pm-9.50pm slot.
Five's popular US import 'CSI: Miami' had a solid 2.5m viewers and a 10.9% share of the audience in the 9pm-10pm slot.
