Friends Reunited offers free access to DK Eyewitness travel guides

LONDON - ITV social networking site Friends Reunited has teamed up with travel publisher DK Eyewitness to offer its members free content from the DK Eyewitness Top 10 series.

Friends Reunited has licensed the content of 20 best-selling city guides, including Top 10 Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, Prague, Rome and Sydney.

The DK Eyewitness content reveals the highlights of each city, including the top events and festivals, restaurants, hotels, museums, historic buildings and parks and gardens. Information from the guides can be accessed via Friends Reunited's Travel Groups section.

The group section allows users to create their own communities and offers advertisers targeting and sponsorship opportunities. Within travel groups, members share information on the types of holiday they are interested in, ranging from city breaks to adventure holidays.
