British Airways picks up four golds at Travel Marketing Awards

LONDON - British Airways' 'Terminal 5 is Working' campaign picked up four Gold Awards at the Travel Marketing Awards, held on Monday evening at The Park Lane Hotel.

The campaign, created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty picked up the top accolade for gongs for Best Press Consumer Advertising Campaign, Best Poster Advertising Campaign, Advertising Campaign of the Year - over £250k media spend and Integrated Campaign of the Year. 

The judges commended Virgin Holidays with a Silver Award for Best TV Ad Campaign, which featured ‘demanding diva' Charlotte Church. 

Other winners at the show included TUI Travel's ‘XL: Here to help' campaign, created by Beattie McGuinness Bungay, which picked up the prize for Best Budget TV Ad. 

Best Online Ad went to airline Emirates for its ‘Miles Better Regional Campaign', created Chemistry, which picked up a Silver Award.
