We asked leading event company, Exotissimo Travel, to produce an exciting itinerary for corporate groups

Organise a two-day conference in Bangkok for 50 delegates, with five-star accommodation and a gala dinner. The budget is US$500 per delegate per day.

Exotissimo Travel proposes a high-energy, two-day conference programme full of surprises and fun. The idea of a modern conference would be underlined with themed coffee breaks, which allow delegates to interact with Thai people and their traditions.

Welcome packs on arrival would contain useful items like a map and a Skytrain pass, plus fun items like a relaxing eye mask, while the farewell gift would be a small, personalised item.

In addition, Exotissimo would offer each participant a good night ‘kiss' (a small traditional Thai gift such as a scarf or candle) before they put their head on the pillow for a good night's rest after all the experiences of the day.

Exotissimo suggests three hotels: the Millennium Hilton, which is modern, has great river views, good conference facilities and excellent connections to Bangkok Sky Train by boat, while being far enough from the distractions of Bangkok to make sure every participant stays in the conference room during the meetings.

The more luxurious Sukhothai Bangkok is located on North Sathorn Road, as is the contemporary and trendy Metropolitan.

All dinners suggested by Exotissimo for this conference are located outside the hotel, based on the assumption participants would enjoy a change of scenery after the conference.

Transfers to venues would be by tuk tuk with police escort, vintage classic cars, water taxi, Skytrain or taxis.

Dinner themes vary from avant garde to ‘Red Fire', which includes a paparazzi welcome, fire eaters, DJ and a fashion show.

For the second night, Exotissimo suggests a private dinner at the Enigma lounge in Siam Paragon, with music from a DJ, followed by a private screening of either a blockbuster movie or an old classic.
