LK Bennett picks Smartfocus digital arm for international email
LONDON - Upmarket ladies fashion retailer LK Bennett has hired Smartfocus Digital to provide personalised international email campaigns to boost sales from its website.
LK Bennett, which sells luxury shoes, clothing and accessories on exclusive high streets and through its website, is using smartMARKETER E-channel 5.0, a system that manages lists and automatically triggers personalised e-mails to thousands of recipients.

LK Bennett's head of e-commerce, Kate Smyth, said: "We recognise the need to connect with our customers and offer them updates on the products that interest them the most. Working with Smartfocus Digital will take us a step closer to achieving this objective."
E-channel can design and segment lists to help boost the conversion rate from LK Bennett's current customer base.
Late last year LK Bennett launched an online fashion show which allows customers to click on and purchase items featured in the footage.
