Orange to give away rain ponchos designed by V V Brown at Glastonbury
LONDON - Orange, the official communications partner of the Glastonbury festival, is giving away ponchos designed by singer V V Brown.
The first 100 people who visit Orange's Chill ‘n' Charge tent will receive the designer raingear for free. The signature Orange poncho features a design devised by the singer who is currently in the early stages of creating her own fashion line.
Orange head of sponsorship Ian Smith said: ‘We are thrilled to be teaming up with the creative talents of V V Brown for this year's Glastonbury festival. The Orange poncho has become a staple item of Glastonbury festival attire over the years and VV's design is bound to be a must-have.'
Orange's celebrity collaboration with V V Brown follows 2008 and 2007's Orange Video Diaries with Kelly Osbourne and Peaches Geldof respectively. V V Brown will also play the Orange Chill ‘n' Charge tent.
The Orange Chill ‘n' Charge tent provides 600 mobile phone charging points, free internet access and live music, open from Friday to Sunday, 10am-10pm.

Let's hope there's no rain this year then because 100 ponchos isn't going to do much for anybody at a festival with 150,000 people!
