Exposure Group merges branding and design agencies
LONDON - Exposure Group has merged brand strategy agency Exposure Innovate with smaller sister design consultancy Ray of Light to create an agency called The Gild.
The Gild's 14 staff are headed by managing director Simon Massey, who founded Exposure Innovate and was its managing director.
Exposure Group, which owns both agencies having bought Ray of Light in 2005, is describing The Gild as an "innovation and brand collective".

The agency's client list includes SABMiller, Mattel, Umbro and Kraft Foods.
Massey said: "We have a strong, clear brand identity and offering with The Gild, a comprehensive skill set relevant to our clients' needs and excellent consultants to deliver strategic, creative and commercially astute solutions.
"With this clear strategy in place, we plan to win new clients and projects to grow our business 25% year on year."
Ray of Light employed four staff and Exposure Innovate 10. The Gild is currently attempting to fill the positions of planning manager and senior designer.
Exposure Group also has a design business called Exposure Design and also specialises in PR, events, sales promotion and digital.
