GraphicoDMG was appointed as lead creative agency, replacing incumbent Air, to work on Claims Direct's new positioning, TV ads and website without a pitch.
GraphicoDMG will drive all strategic and above the line marketing for the brand.
TV ads will run on ITV, Sky and Five and have the strapline: ‘Claims Direct and to the point'.
They encourage consumers who have had a work injury or traffic accident to call the Claims Direct line.
The business was bought in 2003 by law firm Russell Jones and Walker, after the company went into administration in 2002.
