LONDON - Digital agency Blue Barracuda is launching an online campaign to generate awareness of Getty Images' new Web & Mobile image products, including email marketing activity and the creation of a number of regional websites.

Getty Images' two new image products feature small file sizes - 170 pixels and 280 pixels each - and are available across the majority of Getty Images creative stills collections.

The products are priced according to pixel size and license model, ranging from £5 for royalty free images and £15 for rights managed images, to the current £49 (413 pixels/500kb) web-resolution product.

Customers can now license high volumes of images on the cheap for the digital element of their campaigns and communications.

The creative for the campaign uses Getty Images' imagery to display the three actual file sizes.

Blue Barracuda has also created website banners which scroll through a series of layered images in the different sizes.

The campaign aims to engage new and existing customers with targeted email marketing delivered in nine different languages including Japanese, Spanish and UK and US English.

Martin Talks, CEO of Blue Barracuda, said: "The onsite activity will raise awareness whilst the email campaign will re-engage customers.  We will measure and analyze the response in terms of open rates, click through rates and purchase patterns to gauge the effectiveness of different messaging."
