Celebrities get talking in new social work campaign
LONDON - Goldie, Gavin and Stacy's Joanna Page, Sadie Frost and ex-EastEnders actress Michelle Ryan star in a new government-backed campaign to tackle the social work sector identity crisis.
In a bid to address the negative press surrounding the Baby Peter case, the campaign aims to show how social workers can help give people a voice.
Six celebrities, also including Nicholas Hoult and Emilia Fox, will appear in short films depicting real-life case studies, giving a first-hand soliloquy of the problem that the real person is dealing with.

The second phase of the campaign, set to roll out later in the year, will focus on recruiting people to the social work sector.
