LONDON - Historic Royal Palaces, the charitable trust that manages Britain's unoccupied royal palaces, has appointed the Omnicom agency M2M to handle its £1.5 million media planning and buying account.

The agency has won the business following a pitch against the incumbent, Starcom MediaVest Group, and a joint presentation from Target Media and Goodstuff.

Historic Royal Palaces promotes palaces including the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace and Kew Palace.

Creative is handled in-house and the bulk of the adspend is skewed towards outdoor advertising.
