WPP to buy majority stake in Thai digital agency
LONDON - WPP has agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Minteraction, a digital agency in Thailand, subject to regulatory approval.

The agency employs 45 people and has clients including Cadbury, Ford, Nike, Sony and Unilever.
Founded in 2007, it made revenues of 35.4 million Thai baht (£640,000) in 2008.
