McDonald's hooks up with Dreamworks for Shrek promotion

LONDON - Ronald McDonald is to appear alongside Shrek in a series of TV ads, as part of a marketing deal hammered out between McDonald's and the loveable green ogre's creator Dreamworks Animation.
