Sky eyes up Easynet as it seeks to enter broadband arena
LONDON – BSkyB is poised to take over broadband services group Easynet for £150m as early as this week, sending the ISP's shares soaring, as it gets ready to compete with newly merged cable rival NTL/Telewest.
