Weinberger joins Sir Frank Lowe with £45m Tesco account expected to follow

LONDON - Paul Weinberger has resigned as chairman of Lowe London to join his former boss, Sir Frank Lowe, in his start-up. The £45m Tesco account is expected to follow him out of Lowe.
