Vodafone to sponsor McLaren Mercedes F1 team

LONDON – Vodafone has signed a long-term deal to be the title sponsor of the McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 team from the 2007 season, ending the mobile phone giant's sponsorship of Ferrari after next year.
