Big Brother refuses to allow court papers to be served on Barrymore
LONDON – Channel 4 has refused to cooperate with the family of Stuart Lubbock, as they travelled to the 'Celebrity Big Brother' studios to serve court papers for a civil case that is being brought against contestant Michael Barrymore over the death of their son.
