Classic FM to save £2.8m as Ofcom slashes licences fees

LONDON – GCap Media's Classic FM will save as much as £2.8m on the cost of its national broadcasting licence from October next year under Ofcom proposals, which will also benefit Virgin Radio and TalkSport.
