Yahoo! lagging behind in race to snap up Facebook

LONDON - Yahoo!'s negotiations to acquire social networking site Facebook for up to $1bn and follow in the footsteps of Google's $1.6bn (£887m) purchase of YouTube are moving too slowly, according to analysts.
