OFT unlikely to investigate Sky's £1bn ITV stake

LONDON - The Office of Fair Trading has indicated that it is unlikely to investigate BSkyB's £1bn purchase of 17.9% of ITV, despite claims by bidder NTL that the deal is anti-competitive.
