The Week: People news - O'Toole/Fraser join RMG
RMG Connect has hired Tony O'Toole and Gary Fraser as its executive planning director and creative business partner respectively. O'Toole, who has been freelance, has more than 15 years' experience working at agencies including FCBi. Fraser joins from Claydon Heeley, where he was a creative head, and will work principally on HSBC.
