Blatter says Premiership plans will hit World Cup bid
LONDON - Sepp Blatter, the most powerful man in world football, has heavily criticised the English Premier League's plans to play 10 extra league games abroad from 2011 and said it would damage England's chances of holding the 2018 World Cup.
