Deals: Google completes takeover of DoubleClick
Google has completed its $3.1 billion (£1.5 billion) takeover of online advertising company DoubleClick, following approval from the European Commission. American regulators had already given approval in December, despite competitors' concerns that the move would give Google unrivalled access to consumer data.
