Kangaroo poaches BBC's Highfield in push for ads

LONDON - The BBC, ITV and Channel 4 are positioning their joint online video platform as a 'Freeview for the internet' after hiring Ashley Highfield, the BBC's director of future media and technology, to oversee its launch.
