Virgin, Setanta call for increased Sky scrutiny
LONDON - Virgin Media and Setanta have urged Ofcom to refer the pay TV industry to the Competition Commission, arguing that Sky is dominant in the supply of premium sports and movies, and that it is withholding content from rival pay TV suppliers.
