Time Out appeals to OFT over BBC's Lonely Planet deal

LONDON - The founder of Time Out has urged the Office of Fair Trading to look into the BBC's acquisition of rival travel guide publisher Lonely Planet, complaining the corporation is breaking its own fair trading rules.
