Carbon Trust debuts 'carbon cuts' accreditation

LONDON - The Carbon Trust, a government-funded body that advises firms on carbon-emission reduction, is launching the world's first accreditation scheme for organisations that actively reduce their carbon emissions, rather than relying on offsets.
