Shareholder Icahn may gain seats on Yahoo board

LONDON - Yahoo is considering offering rebel shareholder Carl Icahn two seats on its board - its latest attempt to persuade him to end his quest to remove Yahoo's board and replace it with executives open to a sale of the company to Microsoft.
