ITV1's The Commander beats Spooks by 300,000

LONDON - Crime drama 'The Commander' returned on ITV1 last night pulling in 5.3m viewers and narrowly beating BBC One's 'Spooks' which attracted 5m, according to unofficial overnight figures.
