Ailing Woolworths to sell DVD operation to BBC Worldwide

LONDON - Woolworths' shares have been suspended as the retailer scrambles to conclude talks to sell off its DVD publishing arm for £100m to BBC Worldwide and its retail business for £1 to Hilco.
