Diageo plots bid for LVMH champagne brands
LONDON - Diageo is reported to be planning a €12bn (£10.6bn) bid for LMVH's 66% stake in its wine and spirits division Moet Hennessy, which includes champagne labels Moet & Chandon, Krug and Dom Perignon.
